During the Contract Documentation Phase, AABIOS Design prepares comprehensive and detailed construction documents. These documents include precise plans, technical drawings, specifications, Bill of Quantity (BQ) and any necessary documentation for Construction and Client approval. Contract Implementation and Management Phase

Once construction begins, AABIOS Design enters the Contract Implementation and Management Phase. We act as liaisons between you as our Client and the AABIOS Builders, overseeing the construction process to ensure that the design is executed to the highest standards. Regular site visits, coordination with our builders, and addressing any design related queries or modifications fall within this phase. Our goal is to ensure the design vision is realized while maintaining quality and adherence to timelines.

Final Completion Phase

The Final Completion Phase marks the culmination of the project. AABIOS Design conducts a thorough inspection of the constructed space to ensure it aligns with the design intent and meets our stringent quality standards in quality assurance. Any remaining adjustments or finishing touches are addressed to ensure every detail is perfected.
